Situated in the heart of Limassol, the sales office of a development agency serves as a showcase for the envisioned residential complex. The central theme of the project revolves around accentuating the graceful lines inspired by the architecture of the upcoming development. The design scheme incorporates facade paintings by the Italian artist Millo, characterized by simple black and white lines punctuated with dashes of color as needed.

This artistic concept seamlessly translates into the sales office design, where neutral tones and spatial lines prevail, strategically highlighting essential features such as the presentation area, a 3D mockup of the complex, and the information desk. Through thoughtful spatial zoning, clients engaging in complex presentations enjoy complete privacy, shielded from other activities unfolding within the office environment.
